"INNOLAND" is starting a Joint Acceleration Batch in partnership with AzerGold CJSC.

"INNOLAND" Incubation and Acceleration Center of the State Agency for Citizen Services and Social Innovations under the President of Azerbaijan will start a Joint Acceleration Program with AzerGold CJSC. The goal is to bring together the precious metal industry's most emerging startups to stimulate inter-industry innovation, increase the effectiveness of processes and establish a new standard for this industry in Azerbaijan and the region. 

 

The startups eligible for this batch can be focused on:

 

  • optimizing processes

  • enhancing capabilities

  • enhancing skills

  • utilizing leading technologies

 

 within the precious metal industry and provide solutions that can be adapted to the needs of AzerGold CJSC. 

 

Along with innovative solutions for the precious metal industry, startups can offer solutions suitable for AzerGold’s organizational needs including:

  • Mining

  • Industrial

  • Geology

  • HR 

  • Database / Digitalization

  • Legal

  • Finance

  • Ecology

  • HSE, etc

 

 

Criteria 

 

Other than being relevant to AzerGold CJSC’s activities, the selection criteria include:

 

1.Team: Minimum 2 People (No solo founders)

2. Minimum physical full-time presence on-site 1 Team member with good knowledge of English

3. Product: Developed or are developing a minimum viable product (MVP), Proof of concept

4. Market: Identified market and target segments

5. Pitch Deck needed 

6. Qualification and experience in the field of precious metals will be considered as a big advantage

7. Research for export opportunities and readiness to enter new markets

Organized by Enactus Azerbaijan, the “Enactus Champions League Simulation Camp” took place.

In partnership with the INNOLAND Incubation and Acceleration Center, the “Innovation and Creativity Forum” was held at the Heydar Aliyev Center in Ganja.

The forum was jointly organized by the 2nd Ganja Regional ASAN Service Center, the Ganja-Dashkasan Regional Office of the Youth Development and Career Center, the Heydar Aliyev Center of Ganja, and the Ganja STEAM Center. Its aim was to support the development of innovative thinking and technological knowledge among young people.

Within the framework of the forum, with the participation of about 200 young people, panel discussions were held on the topics: “Startup Ecosystem – Global and Local Approaches,” “Artificial Intelligence: A New Form of Thinking,” and “Robots on Stage – The Union of Creativity and Technology.”

The discussions featured contributions from the Director of the INNOLAND Incubation and Acceleration Center, Nijat Amiraslanov, and the Deputy Head of the Project Management Department, Ziniddin Babayev, who shared their knowledge and experience with the participants.

The event concluded with official speeches and an award ceremony.

The OBA SID project is successfully continuing! 
Within the framework of the “Startup, Innovation, and Support” program, an initiative by the “OBA” supermarket chain, and with the support of the “INNOLAND” Incubation and Acceleration Center, the next training sessions were held under the motto “Your Idea is Supported.” This time, participants received practical knowledge on “Pitch Deck Preparation” and “Presentation Skills Development” from startup expert Mübariz Shahbazli. 

During the training, participants were provided with useful advice on preparing an effective presentation structure for investors, expressing their ideas clearly and convincingly, and improving their public speaking skills.
