Networking and experience-sharing sessions continue as part of the “NeecroLearn” Game Incubation Program.

As part of the program’s second stage, another networking and experience-sharing session was held with Javid Shukurli, a 3D Game Artist at “M3DS Academy” and “Vertpaint Studios”.

Speaking on the topic of “Building a Portfolio and Finding Jobs Abroad,” Javid Shukurli shared his experience with participants on creating a professional portfolio, the key aspects that attract employers’ attention, and career opportunities in the international game industry.

Training sessions within the “NeecroLearn” Game Incubation Program are ongoing.

As part of the program’s second stage, a networking and experience-sharing session was held with Shahin Aliyev, Co-Founder of “Dynamic Box Studio”.

Speaking on the topic of “Prototyping Games and Digital Products,” Shahin Aliyev shared insights into the initial stages of turning ideas into products, the prototyping process, and his practical experience in the field with the participants.

An information tour to INNOLAND and the Bilim Bakı Center was organized for ADA School students.

As part of the program, students from Grades 7, 8, and 9 of ADA School first visited the INNOLAND Incubation and Acceleration Center, where they learned about the startup ecosystem, innovative projects, and the activities of resident startups, while also gaining first-hand insight into a real innovation environment.

The students then explored the Bilim Bakı Center, learning about its areas of activity, laboratories, and technological capabilities.

The program concluded with a training session on Game Development led by Şamil Namazov, founder of Neecro Projects game studio. During the session, students gained practical insights into the opportunities within the game development industry and the first steps toward building a career in this field.

Networking meetings continue as part of Phase II of the NeecroLearn intensive training and game incubation program.

This time, the program participants met with Nikita Yudin, a representative of Xsolla, one of the world's leading companies in the gaming industry.

During the meeting, participants learned about Xsolla's operations, game project development, opportunities in the global gaming industry, and pathways to entering international markets. The event was held in an interactive discussion format, allowing participants to ask their questions directly to the company's representative.

Nicat Amiraslanov, Head of the "INNOLAND" Incubation and Acceleration Center, conducted a training session on "Innovation and Artificial Intelligence" for the participants of the 5th Youth Camp titled "In the Footsteps of History: Our Memory is Our Future." During the training, participants were provided with detailed information on the formation of the innovation ecosystem, the importance of creative thinking and innovative approaches to problem-solving, as well as the impact of artificial intelligence technologies on daily life, education, and the labor market. Following the session, group work was organized among the participants. Working in teams, the participants tackled various tasks, developing and presenting innovative ideas.

Essential knowledge, real-world experience, and practical insights for expanding into global markets! At the INNOLAND Incubation and Acceleration Center, participants attended a training session led by turkish expert Yunus Uzel, Sales Director at Mükellef Teknoloji.

During the session, attendees gained valuable insights into international market expansion, establishing companies abroad, taxation and legal considerations, as well as strategies for sustainable global business growth.

Within the framework of the 5th "TUSI" Incubation Program of our "Skills for the Future" project, a training session was held on the topic of "Entrepreneurship and Industry Partnership."

During the training, conducted by Turan Ozbahceci, Chairman of the Board of "Ozbahceci Invest Club," and Dogan Tomris, the club's CEO, the participants learned practical approaches toward:

• establishing correct relations with industrial enterprises

• creating effective partnership models

• forming a strong synergy within the entrepreneurial ecosystem

This meeting paved the way for engaging discussions, a useful exchange of ideas, and the formation of new perspectives for the participants.

The next training session within the "NeecroLearn" game incubation program has successfully taken place!

Organized as part of the joint program by INNOLAND and Neecro Project studio, the training provided participants with an opportunity to dive deeper into the world of gaming.

During the session on "Game Development" presented by Shamil Namazov, the journey from an idea to a finished game, required skills in this field, and real-world experiences were shared with the attendees.

The training proved to be both educational and highly motivating for all participants.

As part of the V “TUSI” Incubation Program within our “Skills for the Future” project, the next training session on “Intellectual Property and Patenting” was successfully held. 

During the training, participants gained detailed information about the legal protection of ideas, intellectual property rights, the patenting process, and mechanisms for protecting innovative products.
